This role exists to make sure no lead goes cold, no follow-up gets missed, and our agents always know exactly where to focus. You're the engine behind the operation - owning the CRM, the lead pipeline, the nurture sequences, and the reporting that keeps everyone accountable.
You won't be selling. But you will be the first voice many leads hear. You'll answer questions, field calls on behalf of Claire and Sam, and represent the brand in every interaction. The backend work matters — and so does how you show up when a real human is on the other end.
