Project FoodBox is transforming Food as Medicine by partnering with health plans, Managed Care Organizations, Social Care Networks, and community organizations to deliver medically tailored groceries, produce, and meals to members managing chronic conditions.
We're looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Revenue Operations to own the entire member journey—from first contact through enrollment, engagement, reauthorization, and referrals. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue operations, CRM architecture, and analytics, ensuring every touchpoint is measurable, scalable, and optimized for impact.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We're looking for someone who can build the systems behind growth—creating the automation, reporting, segmentation, and lifecycle programs that connect marketing investment to measurable enrollment and retention outcomes.
The role spans:
✅ Lifecycle Marketing & Member Engagement
Design and optimize automated email and SMS journeys for onboarding, engagement, reauthorization, and win-back campaigns that improve member retention and long-term program participation.
✅ CRM & Revenue Operations
Own HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, workflow automation, and seamless movement through the enrollment funnel.
✅ Marketing Analytics & Growth
Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing spend to downstream outcomes including enrollments, authorizations, retention, referrals, and overall program performance.
We're looking for someone with:
• 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, marketing operations, or revenue operations
• Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub)
• Experience building marketing automation and lifecycle programs that drive measurable business results
• Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, attribution, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, mission-driven organizations, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred
• A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
