About The Opportunity
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for operating and optimizing CPA Canada’s revenue systems across marketing, sales, and member success.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, this role owns CRM governance, lifecycle automation, pipeline integrity, and revenue process optimization. The manager ensures that commercial teams operate with disciplined workflows, accurate data, and clear visibility into performance.
This is a hands-on execution role that builds and leverages AI agents, AI enabled tools and automation platforms to improve operational rigor, system configuration, and continuous process improvement in support of acquisition, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
This flexible hybrid role is aligned to our CPA Canada Toronto office.
The targeted annual salary range for this position is $112,181 to $128,200 and is commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
CRM Ownership and Governance
- Administer and optimize HubSpot to realize the full potential of the platform.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, data integrity, and consistent usage across teams.
- Define lifecycle stages, pipeline definitions, and field governance.
- Leverage AI enabled CRM features to improve workflow efficiency and data quality.
Lifecycle Automation and Process Design
- Design and implement automated workflows supporting acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and renewal.
- Design, build and operationalize AI agents, Ai enabled tools, and workflows throughout the commercial teams
- Partner with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to operationalize campaign flows.
- Support Member Success with lifecycle triggers and renewal signals.
- Continuously refine automation to reduce manual intervention through AI assisted process improvements.
Pipeline and Funnel Visibility
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and funnel stage tracking.
- Ensure alignment between marketing qualified, sales qualified, and closed definitions.
- Surface bottlenecks and leakage points in the funnel using decision enabling analytics.
- Support forecasting and performance review cycles with reliable data insights.
Cross Functional Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve opportunity management.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to align renewal and expansion signals.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure product level data is reflected accurately in CRM.
- Coordinate with Brand and Communications on campaign tracking alignment.
Operational Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in commercial workflows and recommend improvements.
- Support integration between CRM, store, and backend systems.
- Contribute to commercial intelligence initiatives with structured, reliable data.
- Promote adoption of AI enabled tools to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in CRM with 3+ years in HubSpot
- Experience building AI Agents for marketing, sales and CX use-cases
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable CRM/CX platforms
- Experience designing lifecycle automation and revenue workflows
- Experience leveraging AI enabled tools to improve operational performance
- Understanding of subscription or membership business models
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data integrity & consistency
- Experience in professional association or education environments preferred
