Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM & SAP CPQ Analyst to lead functional assessments, design solutions, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM environments. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of CRM and CPQ solutions that align with organizational objectives. The analyst will also oversee testing, provide expertise on Salesforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities A ssessment and Analysis Conduct detailed assessments of the current Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. Identify areas for optimization and align business processes with Salesforce functionalities. Functional Design and Documentation Develop comprehensive business blueprints and functional solutions. Create process flow diagrams and mappings to streamline integrations. Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable functional designs. Project Leadership and Delivery Lead functional design efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM implementation projects. Ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices to enhance performance. Oversee functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Continuous Improvement Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements. Stay updated on Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM developments to suggest improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and PRM. Proven experience in functional assessments, blueprint design, and process flow mapping. Strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements. Expertise in Salesforce Lightning and CRM configuration. Ability to work in dynamic, project-based enviro nments with tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM certifications. Experience with SAP CPQ integration. Familiarity with advanced Salesforce automation and reporting tools.
