This company has built a strong reputation in their industry and operate multiple facilities across the United States. Following the departure of their CFO, they are looking for a hands-on financial leader to step into a key position within the organization.
In this role, you will oversee all accounting and finance activities across four locations, managing a team of seven accounting professionals. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and long-term financial planning.
This role would suit a CPA-qualified Controller or CFO from a manufacturing background, looking to take full ownership of a market-leading company’s finance department, by molding and developing a department of seven.
The Role:
- Oversee all accounting and finance activities across four locations,
- Manage a team of seven accounting professionals, including a Controller and Senior Accountants
- Take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and long-term financial planning
- Primarily onsite position with potential hybrid flexibility

- CPA Controller or CFO
- From a manufacturing, industrial, metals, or related industry
- Strong accounting and financial leadership experience
