Lead accounting, finance, IT, HR, and purchasing team within a multi-site B2B with revenues in the $40+M range. Lead, manage and analyze performance against strategic and operational KPIs. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence; develop talent. Overview:
- Develop timely and accurate budgets, financial reports, and models to assist leadership in making informed program strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions
- Identify ways to improve working capital, reduce cost, and improve profitability (i.e., capital expenditures, labor, overhead, productivity targets)
- Partner on new business development; review pricing and margins; provide real time analysis; assess risk; ensure billing accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and decision-making support
- Administer all treasury functions (i.e., intercompany loans, taxes, insurance, credit, cash)
- Review vendor contracts; partner on negotiations
- Maintain integrity and compliance of corporate governance policies and limits of authority
- Mentor direct reports; delegate work streams; and achieve a high standard of excellence.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, expense reporting, payroll processing, monthly reconciliation, and monthly and year-end close.
- Monitor IT spending; track IT applications to reduce costs
- Ensure the successful completion of annual audits, IRS filings, and other mandated reporting.
- Support acquisitions activity (e.g., due diligence, integration).
REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA required; seek 12+ years of business experience with a minimum of 3+ years as VP Finance or CFO within either a make-to-order manufacturer or construction business in the $30M to $200M size. Previous experience with VC or PE ideal. Must possess a history of increasing valuation and influencing total business. Open to full time in-office role OR hybrid (3-4 days a week in office). Must be willing to travel domestically when required (10%).
SALARY: $200,000 to $240,000 DOE plus 30 - 40% bonus and 3-& 5-year vested LTIPs
