Responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for warehouse operations, marketing, advertising, customer care, media activities, branding, and business coordination to achieve organizational goals and drive business growth.
- Lead overall business operations, including warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Manage ATL/BTL marketing, advertising, branding, design, and media activities.
- Oversee customer care and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Drive business growth through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.
- Monitor budgets, performance, and operational efficiency across departments.
