Futureheads have partnered with a fast-growing, tech-enabled wealth adviser to find a Business Operations and Automation Associate based in London. In a sector historically defined by complexity and misaligned incentives, this business is doing things differently, using data, technology and institutional-grade advice to bring transparency and accountability to every client decision. Trusted by a growing community of high-net-worth leaders across private equity, law, business and consulting, this is a firm where people move fast, collaborate constantly, and back people who want to build things properly.
This is a brilliant role for someone who's equally comfortable scoping automation logic and getting hands-on in a CRM environment. You'll own the team's data and workflow infrastructure end to end, turning smart systems into the kind of intelligence that drives high-value commercial relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Proactively identifying opportunities to automate complex processes across the commercial team
- Gathering business requirements, scoping solutions and setting out design logic for workflows
- Building prototypes using low-code/no-code platforms and acting as the bridge to core product teams for deployment
- Owning the CRM data environment and managing it as a product, ensuring quality and integrity through automation
- Augmenting data using external sources and designing dynamic dashboards to support relationship management
- Working alongside the team to use the automations you build to develop high-value commercial networks
ABOUT YOU
- Several years' experience in a similar role within a high-performing organisation, identifying pain points and delivering automation solutions
- Strong data ownership credentials: you've ensured integrity, shown ingenuity in enriching datasets, and built dashboards that actually get used
- Probably STEM-educated, with hands-on experience in Python, LLMs and workflow automation platforms
- Comfortable navigating CRMs but you see them as databases to build on, not systems to manage
- Highly intelligent, inquisitive and adaptable, with a knack for translating complex problems into clean solutions
