Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to support global GTM teams across Transport & Automotive. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, managing Salesforce operations, and enabling accurate reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and forecasting accuracy
- Own Salesforce support queue (tickets, troubleshooting, access issues)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Audit data, drive clean-up initiatives, and ensure data consistency
- Collaborate with global sales teams for process adherence and reporting
- Support CRM migrations and strategic RevOps initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / CRM Analyst roles
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, admin basics)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets + experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting, and revenue processes
- Excellent communication skills with global stakeholders
Good to Have: Multi-CRM exposure (e.g., HubSpot), ticketing/support operations, Agile tools
