Boxhub is looking for an ambitious 'GTM AI Operations Lead' to help build the operating system for the next stage of our business:
This is a high-impact role at the center of the company. You will work directly with Boxhub’s leadership team to design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled systems that make our revenue engine faster, smarter, more automated, and more scalable, while also owning the systems, workflows, and data foundation behind them.
The majority of the role will focus on our GTM engine across marketing, growth, sales, account management, CRM, reporting, attribution, AI implementation, and revenue operations. The remaining time will be spent supporting the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, company-wide AI implementation, operational improvements, and new business initiatives.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership builder-operator role: you will have meaningful responsibility early, direct exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to become one of the most important operators in the company.

Boxhub is remote-first, with flexibility in where and how we work. The GTA is preferred, as the team comes together in Downtown Toronto every month and this role will benefit from regular in-person time with the leadership team.

Your Mission
Your mission is to help Boxhub build a more scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled operating model.
You will work closely with the VP Revenue to improve how our GTM teams operate, measure performance, and grow revenue. You will also work directly with the CEO and leaders across Operations, Engineering/Product, and Finance on high-priority projects that shape the future of the business.
You will be expected to identify problems, create structure, move quickly, and drive solutions from idea to implementation. The best person for this role will not wait to be told what to do, they will spot opportunities, bring recommendations, and take ownership of making the business better.
This role has the potential to become a launchpad into broader leadership at Boxhub. You will get deep exposure to how the company works, how decisions are made, how teams scale, and where the next growth opportunities are.
What You’ll Do
Build and improve the GTM operating system:
- Own and improve key parts of HubSpot and our broader GTM systems, including workflows, automation, reporting, routing, segmentation, and campaign execution
- Help the VP Revenue identify and execute high-impact initiatives that improve monthly revenue performance, funnel visibility, sales execution, and account management workflows
- Improve attribution, campaign tracking, and channel reporting so we can better understand what is working, where revenue is coming from, and how to grow different lead channels
- Run experiments across campaigns, lead handling, GTM workflows, and AI-enabled processes to improve conversion, efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue impact
- Keep GTM data clean, reliable, and useful by turning messy or fragmented information into clear insights, practical next steps, and better revenue decisions
Implement AI across the business:
- Identify high-impact opportunities to use AI and automation across GTM and other teams
- Build and improve AI-enabled workflows, automations, templates, playbooks, and internal tools
- Use tools like Claude and other no-code or low-code systems to make teams faster and more effective
- Implement practical AI use cases independently, without requiring Engineering support
- Work with leaders across Revenue, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to turn AI opportunities into real operating improvements
- Help teams adopt new workflows so AI implementation actually changes how people work, instead of staying theoretical
- Push Boxhub toward a more modern, AI-enabled way of operating
Own high-priority strategic and operational projects:
- Work directly with the CEO and broader leadership team on important operational and strategic projects
- Create structure around ambiguous problems by turning them into clear plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as new product lines, new customer segments, geographic expansion, new operating models, and other growth opportunities
- Help research, scope, launch, and operationalize new business initiatives
- Use data, customer insights, market research, and internal analysis to support better decisions on strategic priorities
- Spend time embedded in different teams when needed to deeply understand problems and help solve them directly
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong hands-on experience using AI in real work, including a strong understanding of current AI tools, practical use cases, limitations, and business implementation opportunities
- Ability to independently identify, design, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows, automations, and operational improvements end-to-end without Engineering support
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup, GTM operations, revenue operations, business operations, growth, sales operations, consulting, data, or another fast-paced analytical role
- Exceptional ambition, high ownership, and a desire to grow quickly into a broader leadership role
- Strong analytical skills, comfort working with messy data, and excellent attention to detail
- Significant hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflow improvements, dashboards, reports, lists, automations, or operating processes
- Ability to translate business needs into practical workflows, automations, dashboards, and operating processes
- Strong business judgment and the ability to quickly understand how marketing, sales, account management, operations, product, and finance connect
- A hands-on attitude, low ego, and willingness to do both strategic thinking and unglamorous execution
- The ability to work independently, move quickly, challenge the status quo, and take ownership without needing constant direction
