About The Role
As a
Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the success of Vortex's channel partners. Acting as their primary operational contact, you will ensure partners are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported throughout their opportunities and projects.
Working closely with both channel partners and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects move smoothly while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Vortex processes and standards.
This is a
hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work, providing flexibility while keeping you connected to our dynamic team and culture.
What You'll Do
- Onboard and train channel partners on Vortex products, systems, and processes.
- Support partners throughout the sales and order lifecycle, ensuring requests and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Process and track orders, change requests, and project updates.
- Maintain partner opportunities and account information within Salesforce and other business systems.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve partner inquiries and support project execution.
- Communicate pricing, product, and policy updates to channel partners.
- Identify process improvements that enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, customer success, or a similar role.
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, or channel partners is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French. An advanced level of English is required.
