Join Levi's sales operations team to support and evolve the platforms that power how our wholesale teams engage customers across North America. This role sits at the center of Sales, Product, and Merchandising, helping deliver seamless seasonal launches, improve user experience, and drive adoption of internal and external B2B tools. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital platforms are accurate, reliable, and continuously improving to support our ambitious business growth.
About The Job
- Support daily operations of Levi's B2B digital platforms used by sales teams and customers across the U.S. and Canada
- Coordinate seasonal launches by managing product data, content, and site readiness aligned to go-to-market timelines
- Partner with Sales to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for Product and IT teams
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product, ensuring communication of updates, priorities, and outcomes
- Monitor platform performance and user experience, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams
- Ensure accuracy of product and marketing content across platforms, including images, descriptions, and other assets
- Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing communication to drive adoption and effectiveness of digital tools
- Manage user access, permissions, and platform configuration to support evolving business needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and reduce manual effort
- Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements by capturing feedback, supporting UAT, and documenting business needs
- Report to the Wholesale Site Operations Manager
About You
- 2+ years experience in eCommerce, digital operations, retail, or wholesale environments
- Supported digital tools, platforms, or systems used by internal or external users
- Worked with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Product, Merchandising, or Marketing
- Navigated and evolving processes in fast-evolving business environments
- Identified and triaged platform or process issues and partnered with technical teams on resolution
- Maintained product data, site content, or merchandising accuracy across platforms
- Contributed to seasonal launches, go-to-market execution, or platform updates
- Used Excel in data-driven workflows and operational tasks; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint
- Approached work with a learning mindset, remained effective through change, and operated with integrity
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $53,500 - $78,400 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
