- Improve inventory turns, optimize SKU rationalization, and enhance pricing discipline to unlock cash and EBITDA.
THE SPONSOR: This San Francisco-based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include manufacturing, consumer product, distribution, healthcare, and non-financial service sectors. Today the sponsor owns 11 portfolio companies and has $700mm in cumulative capital commitments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Manufacturing and distribution
- Functional: Top financial leader of a $10mm-$100mm manufacturing/distribution company
- Orientation:Heavy strategic finance orientation is required with related experience across pricing, margin, and inventory
- Private Equity: Highly preferred
- M&A: Not required but nice to have
- Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
