As a Sales Operations Manager – Microsoft Funding Specialist, you can expect to…
- Own and manage Microsoft funding programs, including Enterprise Customer Investment Funds (ECIF), from nomination through claims and reconciliation
- Lead Partner Center and funding portal activities, ensuring accurate submissions and tracking funding status
- Track funding milestones and ensure claims are submitted accurately, completely, and on time
- Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and compliance with Microsoft program requirements
- Serve as a key liaison between Microsoft stakeholders and internal Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams
- Support software and services revenue operations, including tracking Statements of Work (SOWs) and license-related activities
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue tracking, reporting, and alignment with accounting standards
- Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring continuity of software, licensing, and maintenance agreements
- Maintain visibility into renewal pipelines and flag at-risk opportunities
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational processes tied to funding and revenue activities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of funded programs and client engagements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue accounting, or partner funding/program management
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial operations
- Strong Excel skills and experience managing reconciliations or financial tracking
- High attention to detail and ability to manage compliance and audit-related processes
- Experience with Microsoft partner programs, ECIF, or Partner Center (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, OneCRM, or similar tools (preferred)
- Experience in a professional services or Microsoft partner environment (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
