Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and management. This role ensures strong financial control, supports sustainable business growth, and provides strategic financial insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk management
Support business strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
Develop financial models, reports, and performance analysis for management
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Significant experience in senior financial management roles
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and reporting standards
Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in branding, marketing, creative, or consulting industries
Background in small to mid-sized or growing international companies
Familiarity with project-based or service-oriented business models
