The Position
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding commercial services organisation that is executing an ambitious growth strategy through acquisition.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the business. You will provide commercial leadership across the organisation, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the finance function evolves to support continued growth and integration activity.
Leading a small but growing team, you will be a hands-on and commercially focused executive who can operate strategically while maintaining strong oversight of financial performance, reporting, cash flow, governance and business planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the CEO and Board to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Supporting acquisition activity and integration projects
- Providing commercial insights to improve profitability and business performance
- Strengthening financial controls, governance and risk management frameworks
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team
Background and Qualifications
You will be CA or CPA qualified and able to display a proven track record of success in a CFO, Finance Director or Group Financial Controller capacity within a high growth environment.
You will also possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering outcomes in dynamic environments.
