Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership across multiple operating companies
- Oversee and support Controllers and finance teams across each entity
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support growth initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership and Board to guide business decisions and long-term strategy
- Evaluate and optimize multi-entity structures, including potential ESOP implementation
- Identify tax strategies and cost-saving opportunities across the portfolio
- Support M&A activity, including acquisitions, integrations, and financial due diligence
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support continued expansion
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with executive-level leadership preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-entity organizations and complex financial structures
- Strong background in strategic finance, reporting, and operational support
- Experience with ESOPs and tax strategy highly preferred
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence leadership, and drive business growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale organizations
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with executive teams
- Alignment with a values-driven, faith-based organization and culture
