Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organisation’s financial planning, management, and reporting. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support sustainable growth.
- Manage all financial reporting activities, including statutory accounts, internal reports, and investor relations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards across all jurisdictions.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital structure optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
- Lead risk management initiatives to mitigate financial risks and safeguard organisational assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a comparable industry or organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles (including IFRS or GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and organisational leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are highly desirable. This role is integral to our organisation’s future growth and stability, requiring a dedicated professional capable of leading our financial initiatives with integrity and vision.
Pay: £162,000.00 per year
