Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the financial strategy and roadmap aligned with ambitious growth plans
- Lead all accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance functions
- Partner with the CEO and board to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategy
- Establish ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition policies for hardware/software hybrid model
- Spearhead financial modeling, budgeting and scenario analysis
- Prepare the company for future capital market opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Identify and implement an ERP solution suitable for scaling operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in technology or hardware-software businesses
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
- Strong systems knowledge, ideally with new ERP implementation experience
- Track record engaging with investors and strategic partners
- ACA / CPA qualified, with Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strategic vision combined with operational expertise
- Collaborative leadership style that positions finance as a business enabler
