THE PURPOSE: You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations to support the growing domestic business.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Manage end-to-end order process through final shipment to customer, ensuring high-level of data integrity and accuracy and adherence to deadlines and compliance requirements to allow us to achieve forecasted revenue targets
- Drive daily communication with customers to address inventory needs, perform account maintenance
- Maintain open communication with sales teams and customers regarding order changes, requests, or other information
- Partner with sales to determine financial risks and action plans to address movement in order base, including: RTVs, risk to cancel, swaps and defects to achieve dilution targets
- Oversee supply-demand match across multiple virtual warehouses to maximize revenue opportunity
- Follow up with planning on inventory needs to ensure maximum fulfillment and communicate issues, discrepancies, and proposals to mitigate risk
- Ability to manage compliance adherence based on all account requirements and quantify risks as they arise
- Drive weekly reporting to cross-functional partners
- Manage Portals from Customers uploading information, comparing PO’s with our system, confirming PO’s, issuing ASN’s, Box Labels, etc.
- Processing transfers between both Warehouses. Moving Inventory Systematically
- Partner with DC to ensure prompt and compliant deliveries to the department’s stores, as well as specialty boutiques

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years in an operations role
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Detail oriented
- Possesses advanced knowledge of standard operating procedures for EDI, retail and wholesale systems, allocation, and account management
- Strong organizational skills
- An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Running/Comparing Reports/Analyzing information

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $30.00– $35.00 hourly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
