Associate – Business Technology & Digital Transformation
About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive professional with 2–4 years of experience to support our business through technology, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with leadership and business teams to enhance productivity, improve data management, strengthen CRM adoption, and drive technology-led innovation across the organisation.
The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support & Presentations
· Develop high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and business reports.
· Support leadership with data-driven insights, dashboards, and market intelligence presentations.
· Ensure consistency in branding, design, and communication standards.
Technology & Digital Transformation
· Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes.
· Support implementation and enhancement of internal business systems and digital tools.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on technology initiatives.
· Drive adoption of digital solutions across teams.
AI & Innovation
· Explore and implement AI tools to improve productivity, research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for the business.
· Conduct training sessions and create best practices for AI adoption.
CRM & Data Management
· Manage and improve CRM data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
· Create dashboards and reports for management review.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.
· Support automation of workflows and reporting processes.
Portal & Digital Asset Management
· Manage company portals, databases, and online platforms.
· Ensure timely updates of property information, market intelligence, and business content.
· Support SEO-related initiatives and improve digital visibility.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
· Engineering degree (BE/BTech) or equivalent.
· 2–4 years of experience in business systems, technology, analytics, CRM, or digital transformation roles.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
· Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
· Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital technologies.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
