We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support the seamless execution of client deliverables for studios, networks, and award organizations running award submissions across film, series, documentaries, and shorts. You'll work closely with our Account Management team on award submission cycles, quality control, and e-blast delivery, with the possibility of transitioning into an Account Manager role in your second year.

- Support Account Managers servicing studios, networks, and award organizations with award submissions of films, series, documentaries, shorts, and other content categories, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks for assigned accounts.
- Oversee quality control for client videos, assets, and metadata, ensuring materials meet standards before delivery.
- Track client requirements and project progress using designated tools, and support client communication across calls, emails, and documentation.
- Manage eblast delivery for award submissions, from template creation to scheduling and pre-send quality checks.
- Coordinate across internal teams to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned, proactively flagging delays or blockers.
- Contribute to initiatives that support client growth and bring forward new ideas to improve operational processes and tools.
- Flexibility to focus on front-facing client servicing or backend operational optimization, based on strengths and business needs.
- Work closely with existing Account Managers in year one, building toward the possibility of independently owning accounts in year two.
Work Schedule & Location
- The role primarily supports US Pacific Time (PST/PDT), and candidates should be comfortable working night shifts from India. You are expected to maintain a flexible work schedule and be available to support client time zones as reasonably required, particularly during peak business periods, to ensure effective collaboration and uninterrupted client support.
- This is a hybrid role supporting US-based clients. Employees will primarily work remotely and are required to work from the Indee office in Bangalore for one designated week each month for team collaboration and working sessions. The office week dates will be communicated in advance.
Key Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Familiarity with HTML email creation (preferred), image editing tools, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail, particularly for quality control on assets and metadata.
- Comfortable moving between client-facing and backend operational work.
- Ability to travel to the Bangalore office once a month for in-person sessions.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
