About Business Unit:
The Business Management team empowers our leaders to manage our client businesses, supporting them with business systems and processes enabled by latest technology and data-driven insights for better decision making. We are primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, delivery performance, resource management and project management of critical initiatives to realize corporate strategy and goals. The teams measure, manage, and connect business metrics across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. They augment our leaders with insights, strategic vision, and actionable plans to function effectively. Equipped with data and technology, the team is keen on bringing novel business solutions to life.

Responsibilities
- Perform Cost and labor analysis on accounts based on time tracking data
- Coordinate with Account teams to standardize account mgmt. processes
- Own the project code management for accounts – this includes creation, tracking and closure of project codes based on project duration
- Maintain client contracts and SOWs. Track cost and revenue against the appropriate stream’s basis the contracts
- Use Business Intelligence tools to provide timely data and trend analysis to key partners
- Implement quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Design summary, detail and dashboard reports to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format
- Provide structure and direction to the junior members of the team
Qualifications
- MBA or similar degree or comparable experience.
- 8 - 10 years professional experience and a strong comfort with the IT service/product engineering industry.
- Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Tableau and project management skills
- Proven experience in business and data analysis
- Strong understanding of financials, client billing, cost management and operational metrics
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate directly with global partners.
- Exceptional analytical skills: the ability to see patterns; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
- Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to adapt to an evolving environment.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
