The Chief Financial Officer & Operating Officer is an integral role to the senior executive team. You will work closely with the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals, including cashflow management and capital structure decisions
- Build a streamlined suite of high impact KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO for informed decision-making
- Be hands on in the preparation of financial models for potential acquisitions.
- Oversee broader business budgeting and forecasting
- Analyse financial data and present actionable recommendations Cashflow Management.
- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Work alongside the CEO to sharpen strategy, support execution, and deliver compelling financial and operational reporting.
- Build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across Finance, IT and Operations.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, ambition, and shared accountability.
You will have proven senior leadership as an CFO & COO. You will have experience in establishing new processes and procedures in very short time frames and clear track record of simplifying existing processes. You will be a strong commercial operator with a track record of leading transformation and driving growth. Exposure to finance transformation projects or finance function build out is a plus.
