Job Description
We are currently seeking a Vertical Enablement Team Lead who will report to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Lead. This leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff
- Creating and delivering proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs
- Creating and delivering a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organization
Qualifications
- Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company
- Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in mentoring and training more junior team members
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
- Ability to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency
- Prior management experience is a plus
