North Texas Mobile Wash LLC is a new mobile car wash business launching in Anna, Melissa, and Sherman TX. We are looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time Business Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations remotely.
This is a legitimate business management role created to meet legal requirements of our ownership structure. Full transparency provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities include monitoring our booking software (Jobber) daily, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with our independent contractors, approving invoices, and signing routine business documents on behalf of the LLC.
Time commitment is approximately 20–30 minutes per day, 7 days a week. All work is done from your phone or computer.
Requirements: Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident. Must be reliable, responsive, and comfortable making routine business decisions independently. Prior business management or operations experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $500/month to start, with growth potential as the business scales.
