Role And Responsibilities
This role focuses on managing and optimizing sales operations processes in Plano, Texas. The Senior Professional I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, provide insightful reporting on sales performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales quotas to ensure team members are meeting their targets and provide timely interventions and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Oversee and refine the sales process from lead generation through to the closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for both sales teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align efforts with overall business objectives.
- Regularly produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis.
- Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales operations and CRM.
- Skilled in utilizing Tableau and relational databases for data visualization and business intelligence.
Skills And Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
