This role puts a dedicated field marketing leader on the ground in ASEAN to turn our global GTM strategy into in-region pipeline. The person owns ASEAN marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced revenue, and our brand presence across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. They will operationalize the EXIQO GTM in the region — modernization campaigns, ABM on named accounts, and analyst and influencer engagement — and anchor our flagship event presence (DAIS, partner forums, industry summits) and CXO programs that drive deal velocity. They are the GTM partner to the ASEAN Sales Leader and RAS, making sure every campaign, event, and asset maps directly to the pursuit list and quarterly pipeline goals.

- Own the ASEAN regional marketing plan and calendar — translating the global EXIQO and RSI GTM strategy into a country-by-country execution plan with clear pipeline, brand, and account-engagement KPIs.
- Run the in-region events portfolio end-to-end — flagship presence at DAIS, industry summits, partner-led events, and RSI-hosted CXO dinners and roundtables — from concept and budget to invitee management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up with sales.
- Operate the ASEAN ABM motion in lockstep with the regional sales team and RAS — building target account lists, orchestrating multi-touch campaigns (digital, email, content, direct mail, executive outreach), and tracking engagement to opportunity conversion.
- Localize and activate global campaigns (EXIQO Modernization, vertical plays in BFSI / Telecom / Healthcare) for ASEAN buyers — including regional case studies, analyst engagement (ISG, Everest, Gartner ASEAN), partner co-marketing, and country-relevant content and messaging.
- Be the marketing partner to the ASEAN Sales Leader — running a weekly cadence with sales, maintaining the pursuit-to-pipeline tracker for the region, ensuring SLA-driven follow-up on every MQL, and reporting marketing's contribution to revenue against quarterly and annual targets.
