Job Title - GTM Engineer
About the role:
We're hiring someone to own cold outbound end to end - not as a list-builder handing leads to SDRs, but as the person who designs, builds, and runs demand-generation engines at scale. You'll work across data, tooling, and messaging to put qualified pipeline in front of our sales team, and you'll build the integrations that make those engines run without manual intervention.
Role Overview:
This is a builder's role. You'll be expected to wire up tools yourself, manipulate large datasets directly, and ship campaigns that compound.
What you'll do:
- Design and run large-scale cold outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain the data layer behind outbound: sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and segmentation across large prospect datasets
- Integrate outbound, CRM, enrichment, and sequencing platforms - connecting tools via APIs and automation rather than waiting on engineering
- Develop sharp ICP and persona understanding, and translate it into targeting and messaging that generates demand rather than only capturing existing intent
- Run experiments on segments, messaging, and channels, and use results to decide where to scale
- Own outbound metrics end to end: deliverability, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
- Partner with sales and marketing to align outbound with the broader pipeline strategy
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated success running cold outbound at scale, with concrete numbers on pipeline or meetings generated
- Strong command of outbound and data tooling (e.g. sequencers, enrichment providers, CRM), and comfort integrating them via APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms
- Ability to work with large datasets directly - cleaning, structuring, and segmenting without depending on others
- Deep customer and segment intuition: you can reason about who to target and why a message will land
- A demand-generation mindset - you create interest, not just harvest it
- SaaS experience where you've done this successfully is a strong plus
