Role Description The Strategic Revenue Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to drive predictable growth and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing funnel performance, building and refining revenue dashboards and reporting, and implementing operational improvements in CRM and related systems. The Strategic Revenue Operations Lead partners closely with go-to-market leaders to develop territory planning, forecasting models, compensation structures, and pipeline management strategies. This role also evaluates and manages revenue technology tools, supports enablement initiatives, and ensures data integrity for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Revenue operations, sales operations, and go-to-market strategy skills, including experience aligning marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
- Data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel/Sheets, BI platforms, and data visualization.
- CRM administration and optimization skills (e.g., Salesforce or similar), including workflow design, automation, and data governance.
- Process design and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally in PLG or high-growth environments; AI or video industry exposure is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
