ENVO Drive Systems is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Business Development Operations Coordinator to support B2B sales, partnerships, dealer development, fleet opportunities, and international business development activities.
The role combines sales operations, business development coordination, CRM management, and sales administration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable working across multiple teams and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate B2B sales and business development activities, inquiries, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and opportunities.
· Manage CRM pipelines, contacts, accounts, tasks, activities, and follow-up schedules.
· Ensure every active opportunity has a clear status, next action, timeline, and responsible owner.
· Support dealer, distributor, fleet, OEM, partnership, and international business opportunities.
· Coordinate internally with sales, management, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, service, and technical teams.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, reports, and business development documentation.
· Track opportunities from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and order or partnership completion.
· Maintain accurate sales and business development data, dashboards, and pipeline reports.
· Improve CRM workflows, lead routing, automation, reporting, and sales processes.
· Support research, outreach, and follow-up for new markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
· Experience in sales operations, business development coordination, B2B sales support, or CRM administration.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong English required; additional languages are a major asset.
· Strong CRM, software, and computer skills; Zoho experience is preferred.
· IT, technical, engineering, or technology-product background is an asset.
· Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
· Able to coordinate multiple opportunities, stakeholders, and priorities.
· Proactive, accountable, commercially minded, and comfortable improving systems and processes.
Preferred Background: Technology, electric mobility, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, dealer networks, international business, fleet, or OEM sales.
