Growth & GTM Specialist (Marketing, Content & Sales)Kavodax | Remote/Online (Ontario) | 6–8 Month Contract | $30,000 CAD (NRC-Funded Position)
About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile, entrepreneurial early-career professional to own go-to-market execution end-to-end, from crafting the story, to creating the content that tells it, to closing the deals that prove it works. This isn’t a role where marketing and sales live in separate lanes. You’ll build the pipeline, write the copy, and pick up the phone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent grad who wants real ownership early in their career, funded through an NRC grant supporting youth employment in Ontario.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Help shape positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new offerings
- Content Creation: Write and produce marketing materials: blog posts, social content, case studies, sales collateral, email campaigns
- Marketing Execution: Run campaigns across digital channels, track performance, and iterate based on results
- Sales: Prospect, qualify leads, run discovery calls, and help close new business
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders/leadership to align messaging with product and customer needs
Who You Are
- Comfortable wearing many hats and moving fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- A strong writer/communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content
- Confident starting conversations with prospects and comfortable with the sales process
- Organized and self-directed: you don’t need heavy oversight to make progress
- Excited by early-stage or high-growth environments where the role evolves as the company does
