Konami Australia is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Sales Operations team.
This is a varied administration role providing support to our Sales Representatives, customers and internal departments. You'll assist with order processing, customer enquiries, logistics coordination and general administrative activities that help keep our sales operations running smoothly.
We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in accuracy and wants to be part of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales order entry, amendments and schedule updates
- Process and maintain sales orders accurately within company systems
- Respond to customer and Sales Representative enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide regular communication and visibility across assigned customer groups
- Prepare quotations, sales order forms and supporting documentation
- Coordinate freight bookings, shipping documentation and Proof of Delivery requirements
- Coordinate installation confirmations and support new game and cabinet rollouts
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support for smaller customer groups
- Liaise with customers, manufacturing teams, couriers and freight providers
- Assist with invoicing, filing, data entry and general administration duties
- Learn and support additional systems and processes, including QuickChange

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in administration, customer service or a similar support role preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- ERP system experience (Pronto, Salesforce or similar) highly regarded but not essential
