ABOUT THE ROLE
Medovate Pvt Ltd is building a new technology and operations centre in Ahmedabad to deliver application development, integration, and managed services for a multi-entity international group operating across the US, UK, Mexico, China, and India. The group runs Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, and CX) as its core platform, with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as the integration backbone connecting Fusion to e-commerce, banking, logistics, and partner systems.
We are looking for an Oracle CX Developer to configure, extend, and support our Oracle CX footprint across Sales, Service, and CPQ. This role is open to candidates with deep expertise in ONE of these three areas as well as candidates who span two or all three. Tell us in your application which CX area(s) you are strongest in. You will work alongside functional leads, OIC integration developers, and international business stakeholders, with the opportunity to broaden into the other CX modules over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, configure, and extend Oracle CX applications (Sales, Service, and/or CPQ) to meet business requirements across multiple group entities
• Build application extensions and customizations using Application Composer, Groovy scripting, Visual Builder (VBCS), and Oracle's standard extensibility frameworks
• Develop and support integrations between CX and Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM and external systems, working with the OIC integration team and CX REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage data migrations, imports, and ongoing data quality for CX objects (accounts, contacts, opportunities, service requests, product/pricing data)
• Configure security, roles, and territory/queue/approval structures appropriate to a multi-entity, multi-country deployment
• Support testing cycles, quarterly Oracle Cloud update regression, and production incident resolution
• Document configurations, technical designs, and support runbooks
• Partner with business users in the US, UK, and Europe to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
LANE-SPECIFIC EXPERTISE (DEPTH IN AT LEAST ONE REQUIRED)
Oracle Sales (Sales Cloud / CX Sales):
• Leads, opportunities, accounts/contacts, sales territories, forecasting, and sales analytics
• Application Composer and Groovy-based extensions for sales flows
• Sales data import/export (Import Management, REST APIs)
Oracle Service (Fusion Service / B2B Service):
• Service requests, omnichannel routing, queues, milestones, and SLA configuration
• Digital Customer Service (DCS), knowledge management, and chat/email channel setup
• Service analytics and integration with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote):
• Product configuration rules, commerce processes, pricing and discounting logic
• BML/BMQL scripting, document engine, and quote-to-order flows
• CPQ integration with CX Sales and Oracle Fusion Order Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (ALL CANDIDATES)
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle CX development/configuration experience, with demonstrable depth in at least one of Sales, Service, or CPQ
• Working knowledge of Oracle CX REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with at least one Oracle extensibility toolset relevant to your lane (Application Composer/Groovy, VBCS, or BML for CPQ)
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data migration and reporting (OTBI/BIP a plus)
• Understanding of quote-to-cash or lead-to-order business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE
• Expertise spanning two or all three CX areas (Sales, Service, CPQ)
• Oracle CX or CPQ certifications
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS platforms
• Exposure to Oracle AI Agent Studio, Oracle Digital Assistant, or embedding AI capabilities in CX workflows
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, or shared-services environments
• Experience integrating CX with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) or ERP order management
