Key Responsibilities- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Develop financial forecasts and monitor business performance against budgets.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation to ensure financial stability.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
- Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and legal regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Required Skills- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in cash flow management, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced financial reporting tools.
- Prior experience in the architecture, interior design, construction, or project-based industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications- CA preferred (or MBA Finance/Equivalent with relevant experience).
