Role Description The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The CSO will lead the overall sales strategy and execution across Priodemy’s ecosystem, aligning sales goals with business objectives and market opportunities. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing and mentoring sales teams, setting revenue targets, and monitoring performance through data-driven reporting. The CSO will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market plans, optimize sales processes, and expand Priodemy’s presence across key segments. This role also involves building strategic partnerships, refining pricing and packaging strategies, and ensuring a consistent, customer-first sales experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of driving revenue growth in technology or SaaS businesses.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Proven ability in Team Management and Training, with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business development skills to expand product reach across multiple segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Comfort working in an AI-first, product-led environment; familiarity with digital platforms, enterprise solutions, or developer tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in hybrid work settings and the ability to operate effectively from Navi Mumbai with partial remote work.
