Qualifi

- ration.Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, acquisition accounting, and corporate finance acti
- vities.Familiarity with debt financing, banking relationships, and covenant rep
- orting.Experience working with external auditors and valuation profess
- ionals.Strong understanding of financial governance, accounting policies, and internal co
- ntrols.Demonstrated ability to build and improve finance processes in growing organiz
