- Salary - $225,000 - $275,000 + 20-30% bonus + Equity

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder to execute the firm's investment thesis by developing financial strategies that accelerate EBITDA growth and maximize enterprise value.
- Oversee two of the PortCo's
- Establish KPI-driven reporting and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Manage liquidity, capital allocation, forecasting, debt compliance, lender relationships, and overall capital structure.
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, oversee purchase accounting, and drive successful integration of add-on acquisitions.
- Develop scalable financial systems, reporting processes, and operational infrastructure to support a rapidly growing platform.
- Maintain continuous "exit readiness" by ensuring high-quality financial reporting, operational rigor, and investor-grade financial controls.
- Partner closely with operating executives to improve commercial performance, optimize margins, and identify value creation opportunities across the business.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
- Provide strategic leadership beyond finance as needed, supporting areas such as IT, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and other shared services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Prior experience working within a private equity-backed company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of leveraged capital structures, debt financing, cash management, and covenant compliance.
- Demonstrated success leading M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and post-acquisition integrations.
- Deep expertise in corporate finance, technical accounting, FP&A, and operational finance.
- Ability to build finance organizations and scalable processes within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience preparing organizations for liquidity events, recapitalizations, or strategic exits is a significant plus.
- Healthcare services, physician practice management, or related healthcare experience is preferred.
