Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist IV. Responsibilities:
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operations and processes and to facilitate complex decision-making
- Follows established modeling and evaluation methodologies to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, isolate problem areas and develop solutions
- Tests and validates models and results
- Prepares reports that outline and rank proposed solutions and present a range of possible alternatives
- Connects disparate data sets through advanced analytics skills to draw patterns and get to root cause
- Influences critical actions and next steps based on patterns and trends
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Process Re-engineering: Thorough knowledge of process development and re- engineering best practices in a business-to-business environment to review, develop, re-engineer, streamline, and implement business workflow processes to support the sales teams
- Process Mapping and Design: Ability to gather input from diverse groups and develop current/future state process maps
- Conceptual Thinking: Ability to make the complex simple or link together things not obviously related
- Results oriented: Demonstrated initiative; Delivers results; Continuously improves; Displays a dynamic approach, energy, and enthusiasm
- Research and Analytical skills: Superior data gathering, analytical and problem-solving skills; Highly skilled in evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources
- Ability to reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish requests from the underlying true needs
- Experience in Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx considered strong assets
- Strong oral presentation skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group such as senior leadership, managers, and subject matter experts; Ability to clearly convey complex ideas in a straightforward manner
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
- Ability to understand the most impactful projects adapting quickly and effectively to changing environments and priorities
- Ability to communicate to with all stakeholder's levels
- Experience planning and executing tasks
- Mastered multiple core processes and objectives of the domain
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
