For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $320,000 – $340,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Revenue Operations strategy for growth and excellence
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align revenue goals
- Oversee product pricing and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and optimize GTM tech stack for effective operations
- Lead processes in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
- Support strategic planning, including capacity building and headcount analysis
- Create dashboards and performance metrics for leadership insights
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards in reporting systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM leadership role
- Experience in enterprise sales and complex revenue models
- Background in high-growth tech, fintech, SaaS, or financial services environments
- Expertise with GTM and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot
- Knowledge in forecasting and operational reporting
- Skills in driving change management initiatives across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
