Role Description
The GTM Lead – B2B Growth & Outbound is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building Activatr's outbound growth engine and generating qualified pipeline.
The role involves defining ICPs, building target account lists, designing multi-channel outbound campaigns, and executing personalized outreach using AI and modern sales tools. You'll work closely with the founders to refine messaging, qualify opportunities, run discovery conversations, and maintain pipeline visibility through CRM platforms.
You'll also contribute to GTM playbooks, continuously experiment with growth strategies, and leverage customer insights to shape Activatr's product and go-to-market strategy. Familiarity with Sales-Led Growth (SLG), Product-Led Growth (PLG), and AI-powered GTM workflows will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Growth, Outbound Sales, SDR, Demand Generation, or Business Development, preferably in SaaS, FMCG, D2C, RetailTech, or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, ICP definition, account segmentation, pipeline management, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and sales engagement platforms.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools for prospect research, personalization, and outbound workflows.
- Experience running A/B tests across messaging, email sequences, and outreach campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured discovery conversations.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and optimizing conversion performance.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Experience in offline distribution, retail, trade marketing, or channel sales is a plus.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
