Crown Glass Ltd. is a growing glass company serving residential, commercial, and automotive customers throughout Metro Vancouver. We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to assess, improve, and help implement systems and processes that support operational efficiency, accountability, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Review current workflows and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop recommendations and implementation plans
- Assist with CRM, helpdesk, workflow, and operational system improvements
- Create SOPs and process documentation
- Establish KPIs and reporting structures
- Work with leadership and staff to support implementation and adoption
Qualifications
- Experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or business operations
- Experience working with service, trades, construction, or field service businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of workflow design, CRM systems, helpdesk platforms, and operational best practices
- Ability to both recommend and assist with implementation
Engagement Details
- Contract / Project-Based
- Flexible Hours
- Compensation: $100–$200/hour or project-based pricing, depending on experience and scope
