A well-established alternative asset manager is building out its management-company finance function as it scales. This is a newly created leadership seat for a finance executive to own the economics of the platform and build the team behind it.
You will own the management-company P&L, the fee economics (management fees, fee-related earnings, and performance fees), and lead controllership, treasury, and FP&A.
What we're looking for:
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience at a credit, private equity, hedge fund, or multi-strategy alternative asset manager
- Deep command of management-company finance and asset-management economics; strong FP&A
- Track record across complex, multi-entity structures, including GAAP, controls, and external audit
- Experience building or scaling a finance team through growth
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
