About The Role
The role sits at the critical intersection of data, systems, and strategy, driving the operational efficiency of the go-to-market teams. This position is responsible for administering internal sales systems, building unified reporting pipelines, and identifying operational friction to maximize revenue velocity.
The team acts as the engine behind the commercial organization, ensuring that tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and our BI platforms work in concert. Success in this role means translating complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations and building robust, scalable workflows that help sales and success teams close deals faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce (SFDC) and integrated tools like HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong
- Build and maintain automated dashboards, pipeline models, and revenue reports in Tableau or Looker to track core KPIs like NDR, CAC payback, and LTV
- Design, test, and implement automated lead routing rules and territory assignment logic to ensure fair, real-time lead distribution
- Lead data-hygiene initiatives across CRM and database systems, orchestrating automated deduplication and enrichment workflows
- Partner with sales and finance leadership to run the quarterly and annual forecasting processes, providing data-backed models on funnel conversion rates
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design new system architectures or business processes to streamline the quote-to-cash workflow
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business systems role, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills, with a deep understanding of custom objects, flow builder, and third-party integrations
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and experience building robust data models in Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Proven track record of designing business processes that scale, supported by exceptional project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) and familiarity with dbt, Python, or Apex
