Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Lightning, Automation Testing, and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations, validating Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, and developing robust automation frameworks to ensure high-quality enterprise Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate end-to-end Salesforce CPQ (Quote-to-Cash) business processes, including Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, Approvals, Amendments, Renewals, and Order Generation.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Test Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ functionalities.
- Validate Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and perform basic troubleshooting using Apex and SOQL.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Execute test plans, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, test execution, and release validation activities.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- 2+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience on the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting distributed Onsite/Offshore teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, role-based access, and portal configurations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation best practices.
Work Model
- Initial 3 months: Work From Home with night shift support.
- Regular shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (+30 minutes handover).
- Candidates may be required to visit the office 3–4 days per month with prior notice.
- Stable internet connection and power backup are mandatory.
- In case of connectivity issues, candidates should be available to work from the office.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
