Time Investment Company is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and partnering with ownership to support long-term growth. What You'll Do
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the company's financial organization while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support continued growth and profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis
- Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, monthly close, and GAAP compliance
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, cash flow, and capital allocation
- Maintain and strengthen banking, lender, and capital partner relationships
- Oversee warehouse lines, credit facilities, and covenant compliance
- Partner with credit and collections leadership to monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, charge-offs, and reserve methodology
- Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
- Ensure compliance with consumer finance regulations and applicable lending requirements
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Present financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and ownership
- Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, technology investments, and business expansion opportunities
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is both a strategic executive and a hands-on finance leader who enjoys working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- At least 5 years as a CFO, VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, or similar executive finance leader
- Strong experience leading accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience managing lender relationships, banking partnerships, and credit facilities
- Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and audit management
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs, founders, or private ownership
Compensation
- Base Salary: $190,000–$230,000
- Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 20–30% of base salary
- Total Target Compensation: Approximately $220,000–$300,000
