The Following Tasks Will Be Part Of Your Role
- You build a foundation of trust with our existing clients, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain client relationships through your service-oriented approach
- You support our fund managers and investment experts with investment-related content, such as marketing materials, investment updates and reports
- You act as first point of contact for inquiries from our clients, investors and external service providers
- You support new clients with investor onboarding and keep them informed about the development of their investments with best-in-class investor relations work
- You assist our fund managers and investment experts in trade execution and monitoring of risk limits
- You interact with our service providers such as brokers or banks on a daily basis
Our Expectations
- You have a university degree and an excellent academic track-record, preferably in finance, economics, business administration or law
- You have a thorough understanding of financial markets and economics
- You have strong quantitative and analytical skills
- You always put customer satisfaction and a superior customer experience first
- You are fluent in German and English
