The Role:We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to become a key part of our team and support the day-to-day execution of our operations.
This is a hands-on role combining logistics, finance, and customer coordination — ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys working across multiple functions.
What You’ll Do: Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate shipments (booking, tracking, freight management)
- Work closely with logistics partners and freight agents
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (ADR / IATA / DGR)
Finance & Administration
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Monitor receivables and collections
- Track operational expenses and support budgeting
Customer & Sales Support
- Manage customer communication and inquiries
- Support trade show coordination and execution
- Assist the sales team with operational follow-up
Suppliers & Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Support contract coordination and performance tracking
Reporting & Structure
- Maintain clear operational documentation
- Provide regular updates to management
- Support financial reporting (P&L, assets/liabilities)
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
- Familiarity with shipping compliance (ADR/IATA/DGR)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes
- Strong communication skills
Bonus Points- Exposure to regulated industries (pharma, chemicals, etc.)
- Experience in coordinating with freight agents and logistics providers
