Required Skills & Experience Project Management
8+ years of experience in program/project management for large enterprise initiatives
Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional programs Technical Understanding
Strong conceptual understanding of: o CPQ platforms and quoting processes o System integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs) o Data migration and data platforms
Ability to engage effectively with technical architects and developers without owning implementation Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience driving governance forums and decision-making Tools & Methods
Experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Azure Devops, HPQC, RAID logs, etc.)
