The CFO will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, cost accounting, banking relationships, compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting while helping position the organization for future opportunities, including acquisitions, international expansion, and continued business transformation.
Equally important, this executive will be a collaborative leader who develops high-performing teams, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and fosters a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and respect for Krowne's family-oriented values.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience leading the finance organization of a mid-sized company with domestic and international operations.
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, cost accounting, treasury, operational finance, ERP systems, and strategic business partnering.
- A proven track record leading organizations through growth, operational improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- Prior experience within a privately held or family-owned business is highly desirable, along with the ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
